How do I purchase credits? You should consider your current and future needs, bearing in mind that our credits have no expiry, and the progressive bulk discount.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/infogapp.infognosis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sign-in<\/a> with your email address and password. Click on \u201cPurchase Credits\u201d and the various bundles of credits with their respective prices will be shown. First select how\u00a0 you want to make the payment, by Credit Cards, Cheque or TT. Then select your choice and click on the \u201cBuy\u201d button on the right. You will be directed into the payment gateway page. Follow the steps on the screen which are similar to most online purchases.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Payment by Credit Cards. Once your credit card transaction is approved, the system will email an invoice (in PDF format) to your designated email address. I have a long list of names to screen. How do I use the batch screening function?<\/span><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1912\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1912\"><p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our batch screening function is very user friendly.\u00a0 Just follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Click on the \u201cBatch Screening\u201d button on the Screen page.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the Batch Screening page, click on the \u201cDownload Excel File\u201d button to download the Excel template onto your computer.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cut and paste the names from your own list onto the Excel template and save the file.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Go back to the Batch Screening page and click on \u201cUpload Excel File\u201d button.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the Window pop up, look for the correct Excel template file on your computer and click \u201cOK\u201d.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Batch Screening page will now show all the names that you have uploaded.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Check through the list to see if it is correct. If no, click on \u201cCancel\u201d and re-do Step (3) to (5). If yes, click on \u201cContinue\u201d.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A dialogue box will appear confirming the number of credits that will be deducted.
