InfoGnosis is founded and managed by a team of professionals with wide ranging experiences including auditing, accounting, compliance, finance, consultancy, engineering, software development, and project management.

Siah Seng Kiat | Executive Director

Seng Kiat is an executive director of InfoGnosis whose responsibilities include our long-term strategy development and day-to-day business management.

Seng Kiat started his career as an auditor in Deloitte before moving on to take up Asia Pacific regional roles in finance leadership, M&A, strategy development, business management, FP&A and taxation.

His industry experience includes auditing, edible oils and grains, chemical, FMCG, and semi-conductor.  In his over twenty years of career, he has worked for Big 4 audit firm, Asian conglomerate, US MNC and Chinese company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.  He was also out-stationed in China for more than 7 years, during which he gained vast knowledge of the Chinese business and regulatory environment.

Seng Kiat holds an honours degree for Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Chong Chiet Sing | Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer of InfoGnosis, Chiet Sing is responsible to convert product ideas into commercial applications.  He leads the technical team and manages the software development partner in solution development, database design and architecture for our company.

As a research scientist in A*STAR for 9 years, Chiet Sing worked on complex modeling and industrial optimisation projects.  In 2008, he joined a local engineering company as R&D and Product Manager, and developed state-of-the-arts applications that were implemented in clients including Fortune 500 companies.  In 2011, Chiet Sing co-founded a business supporting manufacturing industries in process optimisation by streamlining complex processes using web-based and mobile engineering solutions.  He maintains good relationship with A*STAR in collaborating projects to help convert R&D works into commercial products.

Chiet Sing obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore.
